Calibre Cleaning Ltd is a successful commercial cleaning company based in Ashford, Kent but covers areas all over Kent and the South-East. Calibre Cleaning Ltd is rapidly expanding due to continued growth with new and existing clients. The Role
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced commercial Window Cleaning Operative. The successful applicant will need to have at least 2 years window cleaning experience and someone who is confident with the Pure Water Fed Pole System, traditional window cleaning techniques, Jet Washing and working at height regulations.
We are looking for an individual that can work on their own or as part of a team. To be able to confidently communicate with clients and resolve issues quickly and professionally. To have a good understanding of Health and Safety guidelines.
The successful candidate will have access to a company vehicle so you must have a full clean driving licence and be over the age of 30 due to fleet insurance.
IPAF licences are an advantage but full training will be provided.

A DBS check will be carried out on the successful candidate which is a contract requirement.
Working pattern will be:
Monday to Friday – 7am to 2pm
35 hours per week
£25,000.00 per annum, monthly pay, 4 weeks holiday per year plus bank holidays and company pension.
