Jessica has been with Calibre for 9 years, gaining valuable experience across a variety of roles. Her journey through the company has helped her develop a well-rounded skill set, and in 2020, she achieved her CIPD qualification. She is deeply committed to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion, always working to ensure that every employee feels valued, heard, and empowered to contribute their best.
Outside of work, Jessica’s main passion is her son and husband, and she loves spending quality time with her family.
She also supports the Royal National Institute of Blind People, a charity that is close to her heart, and is dedicated to advocating for those with visual impairments.
